Hi, my name is Flo Sparham, I am the current chair of Pavilion CLP.

I worked as a primary school teacher for 15 years and now lecture in education at the University of Brighton. I also lead on the cities anti-racist education strategy and I am particularly interested in equality and inclusion across all protected characteristics and economic disadvantage, particularly in education contexts.
